The schedule of a real estate broker or investment firm is fast paced and ever changing.  Constant obstacles pop up at each property, seemingly all at the same time, and often times, the hardest thing to make decisions on is what the best way is, and most economical, to brighten up the latest refurb to get it on the market
as soon as possible. 

 

Real Estate Groups that partner with Butterfly Designs during their renovation or remodel, are putting their trust with design process into our hands.  We will manage the project to include: color design and Plan for interior and exterior,

kitchen design to include lay out and appliances, and a full space redesign with drawing that are "to scale" for the contractor team.
