HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Initial Property Walk Through
At the start of the project, our design team will spend time in the property, analyzing structural lay out to get a comprehensive understanding into the potential of the home.
New Design & Floor Plan Opportunities
After walk through and project study is complete, Butterfly Designs will develop an interior floor plan, to scale, in the space and share this vision with the general contractor for demo and renovation planning.
Project Management
Butterfly Designs manages the entire project and oversees contractor progress and quality of work.
Material Selection and Procurement
Working with the real estate division, our design professionals will identify the right materials for the project that will bring the “wow” factor throughout the space. From flooring, to cabinets, to kitchen appliances, to light fixtures, to bathroom fixtures to lighting; all materials will be selected, ordered, received and installed under the direction of our team.
